SPD personnel ginunita ang katapangan at kabayanihan ng Fallen 44 sa Mamasapano

Ginunita ng mga tauhan ng Southern Police District sa ilalim ng liderato ni Brigadier General Kirby John Kraft, sa isinagawang Daily Personnel Accounting sa harapan ng SPD Admin Building, Lawton Ave., Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

“I hope you realize that everyday is a fresh start for you. That every sunrise is a new chapter in your life waiting to be written,” ani Col. Andres Simbajon Jr. CDS, na nangasiwa sa naturang personnel accounting.

“The 25th day of January reminds us of the day where 44 brave men displayed exceptional brand of bravery and love for the country during the counterterrorism operation in Mamasapano.”

Binigyang importansiya ni Col. Simbajon ang ipinamalas na katapangan at kabayanihan ng naturang mga pulis na dapat lamang aniyang tumatak sa isip ng mga Pilipino hindi lamang ngayon kundi sa hinaharap.

“Let us commemorate the day where we ought to reflect on their unselfish deeds for our country which symbolizes the heart of a true warrior. Let us continue to honor the lives and heroism of our warrior heroes whose story is inked in history and etched in our collective memory which made the supreme sacrifice to fulfill their duty, To Serve and Protect,” pagtatapos ni Col.
