Suspensyon sa delivery ng bill ng Globe pinalawig hanggang June 30, 2021

Pinalawig pa ng Globe Telecom hanggang sa June 30, 2021 ang suspensyon sa pagde-deliver ng mga bill ng kanilang subscribers.

Ayon sa Globe, batay na din sa inaprubahan ng National Telecommunications Commision, lahat ng Globe postpaid customers, kabilang ang business at enterprise clients, ay patuloy na makatatanggap ng paperless billing.

Makatatanggap din sila ng notification ng monthly bill sa pamamagitan text at kanilang registered email address.

This is to help customers and partners remain safe by limiting their exposure to the COVID-19 pandemic caused by person-to-person or surface transmission.

Pinayuhan ng Globe ang kanilang customers na mag-download at mag-install ng GlobeOne app (mobile and broadband) at Globe At Home app (broadband only) sa Google Play at App Store.
