Pagpapatuloy ng oral arguments sa Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 itinakda ng SC
Itinakda ng Korte Suprema sa February 9, 2021 ang pagpapatuloy ng oral arguments sa mga petisyon laban sa Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020.
Ang oral arguments ay isasagawa alas 2:00 ng hapon.
Batay sa abiso ng SC, lahat ng dadalo sa oral arguments mula sa magkabilang partido ay kinakailangang magsumite ng negatibong resulta ng COVID-19 test.
“SC requires all concerned individuals to present again a negative result of COVID RT-PCR test taken w/in 72 hours prior to the scheduled continuation of the oral arguments on the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 (RA No. 11479) on 9 Feb 2021,” ayon sa abiso.
