COVID-19 vaccination para sa mga mayroong comorbidity isasagawa bukas sa Caloocan City
Isasagawa bukas, April 5 ang mass vaccination para sa mga indbidwal na mayroong comorbidity sa Caloocan City.
Ayon kay Caloocan City Mayor Oca Malapitan, ang mga maaring magpabakuna ay ang mga edad 18 hanggang 59 na mayroong comorbidity o iyong mga nasa A3 Category.
Ang mga comorbidities na pasok sa A3 category ay ang mga sumusunod:
•Chronic Respiratory Disease
•Hypertension
•Cardiovascular Disease
•Chronic Kidney Disease
•Cerebrovascular Accident
•Malignancy
•Diabetes
•Obesity
•Neurologic Disease
•Chronic Liver Disease
•Tuberculosis
•Chronic Respiratory Tract Infection
•Immunodeficiency State
•OTHERS (upon doctor’s consultation and recommendation)
Pinapayuhan ang mga magpapabakuna na magdala ng sariling ballpen, dalhin ang PhilHealth ID (kung mayroon), magdala ng proof of comorbidity tulad ng medical certificate mula sa iyong doktor na inisyu sa loob ng nakalipas na 18 buwan; medicine prescription sa nakalipas na anim na buwan; hospital records tulad ng discharge summary at medical abstract o; surgical records at pathology reports at magsuot ng facemask at face shield.
