24 higher education institutions sa bansa pinayagang makapagsagawa ng limited face-to-face classes para sa second semester
Mayroong 24 na higher education institutions sa bansa ang pinayagan ng Commission on Higher Education (CHED) na makapagsagawa ng limited face-to-face classes.
Ayon sa CHED ito ay para sa 2nd Semester ng Academic Year 2020-2021.
Paliwanag ng CHED, nakasunod ang nasbaing mga HEIs sa CHED-DOH guidelines at naisailalim na sa inspeksyon ng CHED at mga nakasasakop na LGU.
Dahil dito, pwede nang magsagawa ng hands-on training at laboratory classes sa limited face-to-face system para sa 3rd at 4th year students.
Kabilang sa mga HEIs na nakapasa sa health standards ng CHED, DOH at IATF ay ang mga sumusunod:

Ang ilang piling allied health-related degree programs, gaya ng Medicine, Nursing, Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science, Physical Therapy, Midwifery, at Public Health, ay prayoridad sa pagsasagawa ng limited face-to-face classes.
Ayon kay CHED Chairman J. Prospero E. De Vera III, babantayan ang nasabing mga HEIs para masigurong patuloy silang makasusunod at magbibigay ng safe and healthy spaces sa kanilang mga mag-aaral.
Anim na HEIs naman ang nakipag-partner sa kanilang LGUs para ang kanilang pasilidad ay magamit bilang vaccination centers.

Hinikayat ni De Vera ang iba pang HEIs na ipagamit ang kanilang pasilidad para sa nalalapit na expanded vaccination sa bansa.
