High-Value drug suspect nadakip sa buy-bust operation sa Taguig

Isang 20-anyos na lalaking high-value individual (HVI) ang nadakip sa gitna ng buy-bust operation na isinagawa ng Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) ng Taguig City Police sa Barangay Rizal sa nasabing lungsod.

Ang suspek ay kinilala sa alyas Erwin, isang community volunteer sa lungsod.

Nakumpiska sa suspek ang tinatayang 104.7 na gramo ng pinaniniwalaang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P711,960.00, buy-bust money, at cartoon box. Ang narekober na ebidensiya ay dinala sa Southern Police District (SPD) Forensic Unit para sa laboratory examination.

Inihahanda ng otoridad ang pagsasampa ng kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) laban sa suspek.

Ang matagumpay na operasyon ay sa ilalim ng superbisyon ni Col. Rodel A. Pastor at paggabay naman ni SPD Acting District Director BGen Joseph R. Arguelles.

“This arrest is a testament to our continued commitment to eliminate illegal drugs from our communities. The Southern Police District will remain relentless in its operations to ensure public safety and hold offenders accountable. We will not let up in this fight,”pahayag ni BGen Arguelles.
