Mga kawani ng gobyerno tatanggap ng P20,000 na halaga ng Service Recognition Incentive

Inaprubahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang administrative order na magbibigay ng service recognition incentive (SRI) at gratuity pay sa mga empleyado ng gobyerno na contract of service (COS) at job order (JO).

Sa 5-pahinang Administrative Order (AO) No. 12 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin nakasaad na binibigyang otorisasyon ni Pangulong Marcos ang pagkakaloob ng one-time SRI na P20,000 para sa mga empleyado ng gobyerno sa executive branch.

Kwalipikado dito ang mga civilian personnel sa mga national government agencies kabilang ang mga nasa state universities and colleges (SUCs) at government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs) na pawang mga regular, contractual o kaya ay casual.

Kasama ding tatanggap nito ang mga military personnel of ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), uniformed personnel ng Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

Gayundin ang mga uniformed personnel ng Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), National Mapping and Resource Information Authority o NAMRIA sa ilalim ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

Samantala, sa ilalim naman ng nilagdaang Administrative Order No. 13, inaprubahan ng pangulo ang pagbibigay ng one-time gratuity pay na hindi lalagpas sa P5,000 para sa mga contract of service at job order workers sa gobyerno na nakapanilbihan na ng hindi bababa sa apat na buwan.

Kabilang dito ang mga nasa national government agencies, state universities and colleges GOCCs, at local water districts. (DDC)
