Itinalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. si Teodoro L. Locsin Jr. bilang Special Envoy of the President to the People’s Republic of China for Special Concerns.
Ang appointment kay Locsin ay kinumpirma ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO).
Si Locsin ay kasalukuyang naninilbihan bilang ambassador ng Pilipinas sa United Kingdom.
Nagsilbi siya bilang Foreign Affairs secretary sa ilalim ng Duterte administration. (DDC)
