Nakibahagi rin sa arrival ceremony sila Embassy of Japan in the Philippines Charge d’ Affaires Kenichi Matsuda, U.S. Embassy in the Philippines Deputy Chief of Mission Heather Variava, Department of Transportation (DOTr) Undersecretary for Maritime Elmer Sarmiento, at Department of Foreign Affairs, (DFA) Office of Asian and Pacific Deputy Assistant Secretary Raphael Hermoso.

Pinangunahan naman ni PCG Officer-in-Charge, CG Vice Admiral Rolando Lizor Punzalan Jr, bilang kinatawan ni PCG Commandant, CG Admiral Artemio M Abu, ang mga kababaihan at kalalakihan ng Coast Guard sa naturang aktibidad. (DDC)
