TRB nag-inspeksiyon sa CALAX construction progress

Nagsagawa ng regular inspection ang mga opisyal ng Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) kasama ang MPCALA Holdings Inc. sa 14-kilometer operational segment ng Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).

Sinuri ng regulator’s inspectorate team sa pangunguna nina TRB Officer-in-Charge Josephine T. Turbolencia at OIC Chief of the Regulation Division, Ms. Julita B. Bingco kasama sina Deputy Chief of Regulation Division Joz Carlos G. Ordillano at Spokesperson Julius G. Corpuz, ang naturang expressway upang alamin ang technological, safety, security features, at toll plaza operations, kabilang ang Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) cameras at RFID system nito.

Tinignan din ng TRB ang progreso ng Silang (Aguinaldo) segment CALAX na hindi pa rin natatapos ang konstruksiyon nito dahil sa mga isyu ukol sa right-of-way (ROW).

Kapag nakumpleto ito, ang interchange ay aabot lamang ng 20 minuto ang biyahe mula sa lungsod ng Tagaytay, Cavite,ang ikalawang summer capital ng Pilipinas, via Aguinaldo Highway.

Ayon sa MPCALA, ito ay government partner sa pamamagitan ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) na nakatutok sa usapin.

“While we work closely with our grantor, DPWH to fast-track delivery of right-of-way, especially in the critical area in Silang, we continue to do construction work on areas where right of way has already been granted so as not to further delay the project,” sabi ni MPCALA President Mr. Raul Ignacio.
