MPT South pinaigting pa ang operasyon para sa 2022 holiday rush
Naka-heightened alert ang Metro Pacific Tollways South (MPT South), subsidiary ng Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), ang toll road development arm ng Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), para sa dagsa ng mga motorista sa darating na holiday rush.
Tinataya ng toll road operator na magkakaroon ng 10-15% na pagtaas ng traffic volume ngayong Disyembre 2022 para sa dalawang concession expressways na Manila- Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) kasama ang kanyang C5 Link segment, at Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).
Pinalakas pa ng MPT South ang programang “Safe Trip Mo, Sagot Ko” upang asistehan ang mga motorista sa kasagsagan ng holiday peaks sa kanyang high-speed road networks.
Para sa CAVITEX at C5 Link,isinasagawa ito sa partnership sa Philippine Reclamation Authority sa pamamagitan ng operating subsidiary na PEA Tollways Corporation (PEATC).
Simula alas-6:00 ng umaga ng Disyembre 23,2022 hanggang 6:00 ng umaga ng Disyembre 26,2022 at 6:00 ng umaga ng Enero 1, 2023 hanggang 6:00 ng umaga ng Enero 3,2023 na sa ilalim ng programa ay libre ang towing service para sa Class 1 vehicles hanggang sa pinakamalapit na exit.
Pinaigting nito ang kanyang 24/7 customer service at magdaragdag ng mga tauhan lalo na sa RFID lane assist, ambulant tellers sa cash lane, at traffic operations personnel gayundin ang emergency medical service at incident response team ay nakastandby ng 24/7.
Suspendido naman ang trabaho sa konstruksiyon sa main line maliban para sa emergency repairs.
