Budget Secretary Pangandaman kumpirmado na ng CA

Kinumpirma na ng Commission on Appointment (CA) si Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman.

Nakalusot si Pangandaman sa CA nang walang objections mula sa mga dumalo sa Committee Meeting and Plenary Session.

Sa pamumuno ng chairman ng CA na si Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri, kinumpirma ang ad interim appointment ni Pangandaman bilang pinuno ng DBM.

Sa kaniyang opening statement, tiniyak ni Pangandaman ang suporta sa economic vision at agenda ng Marcos administration gayundin ang pakikipagtulungan sa iba pang sangay ng gobyerno.

“I have always recognized that our government is not just one institution, and that institutions must not work in silos to make lasting change. With this as my mindset, the phrase “Whole-of-Government” is the approach I fully embrace and espouse, especially in how we are to manage our economic resources, and uphold the interest of the nation and our people,” ayon kay Pangandaman.

Tiniyak naman ng mga miyembro ng CA ang suporta kay Pangandaman. (DDC)
