Bagyong Karding napanatili ang lakas; Signal No. 5 nakataas sa bahagi ng Quezon, Aurora, Bulacan at Nueva Ecija

Napanatili ng Super Typhoon Karding ang lakas nito habang nagbabantang manalasa sa Polilio Islands.

Sa 2PM weather bulletin ng PAGASA ang bagyo ay huling namataan sa layong 115 kilometers East Northeast ng Infanta, Quezon o sa layong 76 klilometers East ng Polillo Islands.

Taglay ng bagyo ang lakas ng hangin na aabot sa 195 kilometers bawat oras malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 240 kilometers bawat oras.

Kumikilos ang bagyo sa bilis na 20 kilometers bawat oras sa direksyong pa-Kanluran.

Ayon sa PAGASA, ngayong hapon hanggang bukas ng umaga ay makararanas ng heavy to intense with at times torrential rains sa Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Aurora, Rizal, northern portion of Quezon kabilang ang Polillo Islands.

Moderate to heavy with at times intense rains sa Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Benguet, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Pangasinan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, the central portion of Quezon, Occidental Mindoro at Camarines Norte.

Light to moderate with at times heavy rains sa Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, nalalabing bahagi ng CALABARZON at sa Bicol Region.

Bukas ng umaga hanggang bukas ng tanghali, makararanas ng heavy to intense with at times torrential rains sa Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, at Bulacan.
Moderate to heavy with at times intense rains sa Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Cavite, Occidental Mindoro, at sa nalalabing bahagi ng Central Luzon.

Light to moderate with at times heavy rains sa Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Oriental Mindoro, at sa CALABARZON.
