Muling nakapagsagawa ng in person En Banc deliberations ang mga mahistrado ng Korte Suprema.
Ito ang kauna jnahang in person deliberations ng Supreme Court En Banc mula nang maitalaga sa pwesto si Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo noong April 2021.

Ayon sa SC isinagawa ang en banc sa loob ng Session Hall dahil mas malaki ito kumpara sa En Banc conference room at mas maipapatupad ang physical distancing.
Magugunitang dahil sa pandemya ng COVID-19 ay matagal nang idinadaos ang En Banc sessions sa pamamagitan ng Zoom meetings. (DDC)
