DepEd inumpisahan na ang pamamahagi ng sim cards na may internet connectivity load
Inumpisahan na ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang pamamahagi ng sim cards na mayroong internet connectivity loadsa isang milyong teaching at non-teaching personnel sa kanilang Central at Field Offices.
Sa ilalim ng memorandum ng Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) ng DepEd, ang mga permanent, contractual, local government unit-paid personnel na nagtatrabaho sa DepEd schools at offices ay kabilang sa maaring makatanggap ng sim cards.
“This is part of our commitment to deliver the promises of the Bayanihan 2 Act. Through the support of our President, our lawmakers, and our field offices, DepEd has ensured that our personnel and teachers can efficiently provide basic education services to our learners despite the situation,” ayon kay Education Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones.
Ang Asset Management Division (AMD) ng DepEd ang naatasang mamahagi ng sim cards sa DepEd Central Office personnel, habang ang Regional Supply Officer naman ang mamamahagi sa Regional Level.
Kinakailangang maipamahagi ang mga sim card sa lahat ng teaching at non-teaching personnel hanggang July 23.
Lahat ng sim cards ay ia-activate at mayroong initial 34GB load na consumable sa loob ng isang taon.
