Schedule ng early registration para sa School Year 2021-2022 inanunsyo na ng DepEd

Inanunsyo na ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang petsa ng early registration para sa School Year (SY) 2020-2021.

Ayon sa DepEd, ang early registration ay isasagawa mula March 26 hanggang April 30, 2021.

Ito ay para matiyak na makapagpaparehistro ang mga incoming learner at para magkaroon din ng sapat na panahon ang DepEd para makapaghanda.

Ayon kay DepEd Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones, lahat ng incoming Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, at 11 sa public elementary at secondary schools ay kailangang makapag-pre register.

Ang mga nasa Grades 2-6, 8 hanggang10, at 12 at considered pre-registered na at hindi na kailangang makilahok sa early registration.

Ang early registration ay mandatory para sa public schools pero optional naman ito sa private schools.

Sa isasagawang early registration, sinabi ng DepEd na kailangang matiyak na masusunod ang precautionary measures laban sa COVID-19.

Papayagan lamang ang in-person registration sa MGCQ areas.

“In the context of the prevailing COVID-19 public health emergency, the conduct of early registration shall be done remotely in areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). In-person registration through parents or guardians may be allowed in areas under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) provided physical distancing and health and safety protocols are strictly observed,” ani Briones.
