Temporary lane closure at stop-and-go scheme ipatutupad para sa MMFF Parade of Stars
Magpapatupad ng temporary lane closure at stop-and-go scheme ang Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) sa mga ruta ng Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 51st Edition Grand Parade of Stars sa Makati City sa darating na Biyernes, December 19, 2025.
Ang traffic adjustments ay epektibo dakong alas-12:01 ng hapon hanggang 10 ng gabi sa mga sumusunod na kalsada: Macapagal Boulevard, Senator Gil Puyat Avenue, Ayala Avenue, Makati Avenue, JP Rizal Street, at AP Reyes Avenue. Agad pahihintuin sa mg tinukoy na liny ang mga motorista upang pahintulutang makadaan ang parada ng mabilis bago ibalik ang trapiko.
Ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Makati ang host ng parada ngayong taon na inaashang dadagsain ng tao upang masilayan abg kanilang paboritong artista sakay ng mga flots na may dekorasyon ng bawat movie entry.
Nagpasalamat si MMDA Chairman at Concurrent MMFF Overall Chairman kay Makati City Mayor Nancy Binay dahil sa kanilang paghost at buong suporta para maging memorable ito.
. It is in line with the theme, “A New Era for Philippine Cinema,” which President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. continuously and actively supported, highlighting its role in promoting Filipino culture and the Philippine film industry under “Bagong Pilipinas.”
“The city government’s invaluable support and commitment to facilitate the smooth flow of the parade and ensure the safety of the people attending the parade is commendable,” sab ni Artes.
Ang mga movie-themed floats, tents, starting holding area at main stage ay ookupahan ang northbound section ng Macapagal Boulevard. Magtitipon naman ang mga spectators sa starting point ng parada sa southbound direction ng kalsada.
Magdedeploy ang MMDA ng 1,000 personnel na binubuo ng traffic personnel, motorcycle unit and mobile patrol units, towing and Impounding group, Road Emergency Group, Public Safety Division, Metro Parkways Clearing Group, at traffic engineering center.
Pinapayuhan ang mga motorista na planuhin ang kanilang biyahe at gumamit ng mga alternatibong ruta.
Dadaanan ng parada ang Buendia Avenue, Ayala Avenue, Makati Avenue, JP Rizal Street, A. Reyes Avenue, at matatapos sa Circuit Makati.Tatakbo ang parada ng isang oras at 40 minuto kung saan saklaw nito ang distansiyang 8.4 n kilometro.
Mabibigyn ng tsansa ang manonood sa meet and greet ng mga artista kasunod ng programa at pagtatanghal sa Circuit Makati.
Espesyal na pinasasalamatan ang MMFF sponsors ngayong taon: ang City of Makati, Philippine Airlines, Pru Life UK, Playtime Entertainment, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, at Film Development Council of the Philippines.
Samantala ang mga benepisyaryo ng MMFF ay kinabibilangan ng mga organisasyon ng film industry: ang Movie Workers Welfare Foundation (Mowelfund), Film Academy of the Philippines, Motion Picture Anti-Film Piracy Council, Optical Media Board, at ng Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP).
